| Creating a Rounded Rectangle in Design |
| Creating a rectangle or square in Design with rounded corners is a snap. 1) Open a new project 200 x 200.
2) Select the Rectangle Tool and draw a 150 Wide x 75 High rectangle. |

| 3) Go to the Properties Panel and Click on Edit Rectangle to expand the choices for our object. |

| 4) When the Edit Rectangle Expands you will see Corner Radius. Click in the Corner Radius window and either
drag your mouse to the right to set the radius to 10 or just type in 10. |

| 5) We now have a nice rounded rectangle. We are going to do one more thing here to kill 2 birds with one stone. |

| 6) With your rectangle selected, go down to the Action Bar, unlink your chain, set the height to 40. 7) Go
back to the corner Radius and set it to 20. As you can see we have a nice Pill Shaped Button ready for some more effects. |
